Users From Abroad
User to apply from abroad, may direct their requests via any kind of mail according to the IFLA Interlibrary-loan Rules. Document copies of various forms will be sent after the copying fee is paid to our bank account In case, that researcher would like to come over to Istanbul and make use of our library, they are to make an application to the closest Turkish Embassy or conculate in their country, by stating their subject of research, with theair research time and period.This aplication should be made at least three mo nths before. The official permission will be sent in approximately two months.
Researchers to come over to Turkey without this official permission, must fill out a form appoved by the department administrator. Research and document copying may be done with this permission.
